ichael has been involved in the financial services industry since 1979. He has devoted a substantial amount of time developing a proprietary analytical process for determining pre-retirement and post-retirement cash flow requirements. This process enables Michael to understand real life financial scenarios leading up to and through retirement with exceptional clarity. His financial planning techniques encompass the truly important issues relating to money, investment risk and cash flow management. Complimenting his decades of experience dealing with the technical aspects of financial planning and investment management, Michael is also very aware that one's personal values, beliefs and emotional attachments are critically important. It is the "total picture," when quantified that enables Singer Potito Associates, Inc. to be in a position to create the ideal portfolio for each client. Michael believes that the ideal portfolio is one that most efficiently meets cash flow needs with the minimum amount of risk, yet which provides real opportunities with regard to growth of principal over time.
