oward entered the financial service arena in 1980. He devotes a substantial amount of time to matters involving investments, portfolio design and retirement planning. Howard is one of the rare people who fully merges creative thinking with financial planning issues. He will always spend the extra time to talk in depth with each client to discover what it really is that the client wants to know and needs to know in order to feel satisfied with regard to money related issues. Similarly, Howard will spend whatever time is necessary researching current events, trends, world happenings and other esoteric information to develop a point-of-view with regard to what is happening and what is likely to happen in the current stock and bond markets.

Early in his career, Howard became a fan of "fee only" financial planning and investment advisory services and of the benefits of working with clients as a true adviser with no agenda other than helping the client reach his/her financial planning and investment goals. Howard believes that each of his clients has a "vision" and it is the job of the financial adviser to work closely with the client to create logical, rational and reasonable financial plans, now and in the future to try to achieve that vision. Though financial and portfolio issues are in fact extremely complex, Howard strives to give every client the information necessary to build confidence and even enjoyment with regard to financial concerns.
